MTV Video Music Awards is one of the most wanted music events of every year. Of course it is true in 2021 when we missed a lot of concerts and festivals due to pandemic.

The VMA will be held on 12th September in New York City, Barcalays Center. MTV said originally they wanted the show to be placed in Brooklyn Arena, but they had to move it due to pandemic. The channel stated, they work together with state officials to maximize security for those who attend the award show.

They will remember 9/11 cause of the date is one day later. And we know that iconic moonman was reimagined for this years ceremony. Fun fact, the award is shaped as a mooman since 1984. This was the year when the history of MTV Video Music Awards began.

MTV announced yesterday the host of the night will be Doja Cat, who also performs on 12th September. Alongside with Camilla Cabello, Shawn Mendes, 21 pilots, Olivia Rodrigo, Chloe, Lil Nas, Lorde and Machine Gun Kelly.

Foo Fighters will be there too, because MTV gives the Global Icon Award to the band.

Here are the first nominees of the 57th annual Grammy Awards, which is the biggest celebration of the year and the greatest honor to musicians.

Iggy Azalea got 4 nominations for Record of the Year, New Artist, Best Rap Album and Best Duo. Sam Smith also got 4 nominations, Taylor Swift got 3 and the real newcomer Meghan Trainor 3. Music making mogul Pharrell Williams is also in competition with Happy for the Grammy Award in the category of Best Pop Solo Performance.

America's sweetheart Katy Perry is also at the forefront with her latest album Prism and hit single Dark Horse, she could receive golden gramphones as Best Pop-Duo Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album. In the category of best pop vocal album Coldplay, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Ed Sheeran also yearns for an award.

In our favorite category Best R&B performance Honey Bey was nominated with Drunk in Love, alongside Chris Brown New Flame featuring Rick Ross and Usher, Jennifer Hudson with It's your world featuring R. Kelly, Like This by Ledisi and Usher's Good Kisser For the best R&B song title is Drunk in Love , Good Kisser, New Flame are in combat with Jhené Aiko's The Worst, and Optinos. Best Urban Contemporary album could be Jhené Aiko's Sail Out, the surprise of the year Beyoncé's self titled record, or Chris Brown's X, or Mali Music's Mali Is, even Pharrell Williams' Girl. The nominees for the best r&b album are either surprises: Toni Braxton, Bemhoft, Aloe Blacc, Robert Glasper Experiment.

For Best Rap Performance Drake, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Lecrae and Childish Gambino are in competition. The monster-hit of 2014. Monster by Eminem featuring Rihanna can write music history as the best rap/sung collaboration. But Kanye West Bound 2, Schoolboy's Studio, I Love Makonnen's Tuesday and Common's Blak Majik featuring Jhené Aiko could be also winner of the night.

Some people say 2014 was the year of the butts, and yep they nominated Nicki Minaj for a Grammy Award with her single Anaconda. Bound 2 is also nominated with some - for me - unknown - artists. The Grammy Award for best rap album could goes to Iggy Azalea, Childish Gambino, Common, Eminem, Schoolboy or Wiz Khalifa.

Our favorite country artist Carrie Underwood can be also excited about the Grammy's because she is nominated in two categories for best Country Solo Performance with Something in the Water and Best Country Song with Something Bad featuring Miranda Lambert.
Another favorite of Music World latino artist Juanes is nominated for Grammy in the category of Best Latin Pop Album.

Let's who wrote the best songs in this year! I think there's no doubt that Max Martin can't miss, all the songs he did became mega-hits.

Ugyancsak a Music World kedvenc Juanes, aki a legjobb latin pop album díj várományosa.

Nagy kedvencünk a country csalogány Carrie Underwood két kategória miatt izgulhat a Something in the Water című új dalával és a Something bad Miranda Lamberttel közös duettjével várja a zeneipar legnagyobb estéjét.

Nézd meg a jelöltek listáját fullban, ide kattintva!

Despite the power duet Just give me a reason recorded by Pink and Nate Ruess from american band Fun did not won Grammys this is a great song. Watch the performance of Pink and Nate Ruess.

A Just give me a reason nem nyert egyetlen Grammyt sem, holott egy igazi erőteljes duettről van szó és két jelölést is kapott. Pink és Nate Ruess élőben is bemutatta a közönségnek a nótát.

Four time Grammy award winner Macklemore and Ryan Lewis hit the stage last night with epic song Same love. Mary Lambert and Madonna joined the duo.

As we expected Daft Punk, Lorde and Macklemore were the big winner of the 2014. Grammys. Get Lucky won Record of the year, best pop duo or group performance award. But that's not all: the golden gramophones for Album of the year, Best dance/electronica album, best non classical engineered album goes too Daft Punk's Random Access Memories as well. Very young and very talented artist from New Zealand Lorde won first time in her life at the Grammys, she received two awards for Song of the year, and in the category of Best pop solo performance.
Daft Punk
My fav artists Macklemore and Ryan Lewis not left empty handed the Grammy gala too, they were picked winner for best rap performance with Thrift Shop, and it became the best rap song too. The most noted record of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis The Heist won also a Grammy as the best rap album.  The duo were picked as the best new artist, so they received last night 4 Grammy Awards!!!!
Bruno Mars won only one award for his awsome cool album Unorthodox Jukebox, the "Gorilla" himself win over the Grammy for best pop vocal album.
Jay-Z owned the most nominations with eight, but he changed only one to an award, his single Holy Grail featuring Justin Timberlake won the award for best rap sung collaboration. Justin also gained some gramophones in the categories of best music video, and best r&b song for Suit and Tie ft. Jay-Z and Pusher Love Girl.

Ryan Lewis (left) and Macklemore at the 2014 Grammys
Justin egyébként a legjobb r&b dalnak járó arany gramofont is átvehette a Pusher Love Girl című daláért.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis
Vow! OMG! I think Justin will receive some awards, Timberlake is nominated in five categories. Bruno Mars' name also appears in several categories: he is able to win six awards. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis  never won Grammy Award yet, but this year - first time - they're nominated as best new artist, album and song of the year, best rap song, rap performance, music video, rap album.... in SIX categories!
Jay-Z also dominates on the nominees list, he owns 9 nominations!!!! It would be suprising when newcomer Lorde wins, but she got four nominations for this years Grammys.

Pharrell Williams can be excited about the award show, because he is nominated in five categories not just as a performer, because he has a chance to win the golden gramophone for the producer of the year. Rihanna owns only two nominations, one with Stay and another with Unapologetic the album. Not a good position. Did not assembled the whole nominees list, but i reviewed the full list. There is some contradiction in the country category: Taylor Swift got two nominations but nothing for Carrie Underwood. ....shame on the judges... :P

Okay, let's continue with the performers!

In two categories nominated Sara Bareilles will hit the stage at the 54th annual Grammy Awards just like Daft Punk, Kendrick Lamar with Imagine Dragons, John Legend. The six categories nominated Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will attend the event, and also be on stage. Lorde, Madonna, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, Metallica, Kacey Musgraves, Nine Inch Nails with Queens of Stone Age&Dave Grohl&Lindsey Buckingham, Katy Perry. Pink and Nate Rues from Fun will also be on stage at the Grammys with Song of The Year aspirant single Just give me a reason. The organizers also added a few more names to the lineup: Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Robin Thicke, Miranda Lambert, Billie Joe Armstrong, Gary Clark Jr., Hunter Hayes, Blake Shelton and more.

It will be a fun night! :)

Pixie Lott just shared the information that she will perform at the 2012. Viva Comet awards in Hungary. The british talent will hit the stage on 14th June in Budapest. Edward Maya was the inertnational artist who performed last year's gala. But we got this year the wonderful Pixie, who just released her new album Young foolish happy and lots of nice songs: What do you take me for, All about tonight and Bright Lights with Tinchy Stryder.

Ma tette közzé facebook oldalán Pixie Lott, hogy fel fog lépni a 2012-es Viva Comet gálán, Budapesten. A brit tehetség június 14-én lép színpadra a magyar fővárosban. Tavaly Edward Maya vol a Viva Comet nemzetközi fellépője és idén meg megkapjuk Pixiet! Aki tavaly adta ki vadiúj Young foolish happy című lemezét.És több remek dalt is prezentált nekünk, úgy mint a What do you take me for, vagy az All about tonight, vagy éppen a Tinchy Stryderrel közös Bright Lights.

After her Grammy success Adele could dominate on another award gala! World's leading music magazine Billboard announced the nominees of the 2012. Billboard Music Awards. British soul sensation Adele is nominated in 18 different categories, Rihanna follows her with 11 nominations. Lady Gaga in 7 categories, Grammy award winner rapper Lil Wayne 6 categories.
There are lot of newcomers on the illustrious list: Bad Meets Evil is able to win an award in the category of Top new artist. The two weird dude LMFAO is nominated in the categories of Top duo,  hot 100 artist, digital song, also top streaming artist, and top pop, rap and dance artist. OMG! Redfo and Skyblu hauled 7 nominations!

Very curious about who will win at the 2012's Billboard Awards. It is already certain that our favorite "good-girl" Carrie Underwood will hit the stage on 20th May at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Teen pop-star Justin Bieber is also to perform at the gala, but only this two names are announced yet.

A világ vezető zenei magazinja a Billboard közzétette saját alapítású zenei díjának idei jelöltjeit. A Billboard zenei díjára nagy eséllyel pályázik a britek szenzációja Adele, a soul énekesnő 18 kategóriában jelölt. Őt követi Rihanna, a mostanában botrányairól ismert sztárt 11 kategóriában találta érdemesnek a zsűri díjazásra.
Party rock himnuszukról elhíresült duó odacsapott a lovak közé, hiszen díjra esélyesek a legjobb duó, legjobb top 100-as előadó, legjobb digitális dal, legtöbbet sugárzott, legjobb pop, rap és dance előadókat felsorakoztató kategóriákban.

Katy Perry a napokban a Kids Choice Awards gálán lépett fel, vadiúj Part of me című dalával.

Katy Perry hit the stage at the Kids Choice Awards, where she descended from the air and did a great performance with her latest single Part of me. Just like a action hero, or cartoon hero (if we talkin about KIDS choice..).

You can watch the full performance by clicking on the link below.

Katy also received an award for best voice from animated movie. Selena Gomez, LMFAO, Taylor Swift and Charice also won an award. Best animated movie was Puss in boots, best movie actor and actress became Adam Sandler and Kristen Stewart.

Rihanna tweeted that she will share the stage with Coldplay at the 2012. Grammy Awards. Which means they will perform the Mylo Xyloto duet Princess of China, which is my personal favorite track from the album.

Just one day left untill we will know who is nominated for the academy awards! The bands are already on rehearsals for the big night, when they will reveal the nominated artists names during a concert. Where Lady Gaga will perform twice in Nokia Theatre LA tomorrow nite.

Ugyanis, holnap végleg lekerül a lepel a Grammy jelöltek listájáról.

(a Papit és az On the Floor-t adta elő)
Szerintem a Nokia színházban megfagyott a levegő, amikor Will.I.Am és J.Lo elfoglalták a színpadot és felcsendültek a T.H.E. első taktusai. :)

One year ago excatly happened that Jennifer Lopez planned a big-flashy performance for the AMA, but she fall on stage! She has respect on the American Music Awards also this year, but she didn't looked at the floor closely.... She performed hit singles Papi and On the floor but this wasn't the best of her.
Jenny Mami rocked the stage with Will I.Am while their performed Will's latest single T.H.E. The song was perfect, the vision was perfect, everything was perfect. I think the air was frozen in the Nokia Theatre when the first beats sounded!

Lady Gaga performed her new single Marry the Night at the 2011's Bambi Awards in Germany, Wiesbaden. Do you agree, that this is the coolest piano ever? I think so! :)
Gaga won a Bambi award in the category for international pop, and she recieved the award from Karl Lagerfeld.

Lady Gaga legújabb Marry the night című dalával lépett fel a 2011-es Bambi Awards-on Németországban, Wiesbadenben. SZerintetek is ez a legvagányabb zongora evör? Szerintem nagyon állat az autós megoldás! :)
Gaga egyébként elnyerte a legjobb nemzetközi pop előadónak járó díjat, amelyet Karl Lagerfeld adott át neki.

Ami a külföldi jelölteket illeti....illusztris a lista!
Rock előadók közül a Coldplay, a Foo Fighters, a Kings of Leon, a Linkin Park és a Red Hot Chili Peppers rajongói mérik össze kattogtatási tudásukat.

Az alternatívok is összecsapnak az EMA-n, jelölték az Arctic Monkeys-t, a My Chemical Romance-t, a 30 Seconds to Mars-ot és a Strokes-ot. World Stage jelöltek között találjuk a Dirty Money-t, a BEP-t, magát Enrique Iglesias-t, a Kings of Leon-t, a My Chemical Romance-t és a halálmadarat Ozzy Osbornet-t.

Szavazni az alábbi linkre kattintva tudtok! Egy nap akár többször is! ;-)

Just a few weeks and MTV's best euorpean music event the EMA will be held in Belfast. The hungarian electro sensation Compact Disco is also nominated in the category Best Hungarian Act.

Lady Gaga egyébként a legjobb női, a legjobb üzenettel ellátott videó díját is hazavihette.
Rock videó kategóriájában a Foo Fighters diadalmaskodott, míg rap kategóriában Nicki Minaj utasította maga mögé a mezőnyt.
Jó persze tudom, ezen a voksoláson a rajongók döntenek.

Ekkor pattant a zongorához mr. Calderone és nyomta el cigijét annak tetején és kezdett bele a You and I taktusaiba.

Geszti Péter a magyar könnyűzenéért Viva Comet díjjal térhetett haza és a gálán mutatkozott be a legendás zeneszerző új formációja a Gringo Sztár is!

De a másik dal is csodás volt, a This is my life.

A napokban egyébként járja az országot a szőkeség, és népszerűsíti dalát az európai porondon is kedvelt What about my dreams-t vagyis a Szerelem miért múlsz című slágert!

Wolf Kati received her first VivaComet ball! The former X-Faktor contestant won a award last night in the category of best female artist. This is her second award in the last weeks, because she also received a Gundel Artistical Award.
The blond star is on tour right now in Hungary, and she's promoting her first single What about my dreams.

Here are the fabolous performances of the 2011's Billboard Music Awards featuring: Britney, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Black Eyed Peas and many more! Check it out!

Taio Cruz elhódította a top 100-as dalnak, top digitális, top pop dalnak járó díjat.

A díjazottak teljes listáját alább találhatjátok!

2011 Billboard Music Awards was held on 22nd May, and the biggest winner of the night was a european artist. British rn'b singer Taio Cruz won the award in 3 categories.
